The game has a pretty easy spread to cover this week, with a 2.5. How bad the Dolphins played last week, the Falcons should have no problem covering the spread. The Falcons might be bad, but after last week the Dolphins look like a top five draft pick team.

Even if the Dolphins play better than they did last week, I still have the Falcons winning the spread. The biggest reason is that the Falcons will win the game by more than 2 points. I predict about a ten point win for the Falcons.

The Dolphins lost to the Jags (the worst team in NFL), and made Lawrence look like a pro bowler caliber quarterback. Even though the Falcons are a two-win team, they beat one-win teams. Even with both teams being pretty bad so far, the Falcons should win.

The Falcons have a mediocre maybe even bad offense, however, it is better than the Dolphins. The Dolphins are scoring about 16 points per game (which is terrible). The Falcons are only averaging 21 points, but that is far better than the Dolphins.

Both defenses are about dead even. The Falcons are averaging 29 points given up per game, and so are the Dolphins. However, the Dolphins have given up about fifty more yards per game than the Falcons.

The game total is at 47.5 points and I think the game will be over 47 points. The Falcons have played good offense against bad teams, and the Dolphins have a good opportunity for playing a bad defense (so do the Falcons).

Both teams will want to score more than what their points per game, and I think both teams will. This game won’t be a shoot-out and won’t be the cleanest game, but both teams will score over 20 points. The final score will be Falcons 27 to the Dolphins 23.

Prop Bets

Matt Ryan will have over 300 yards and 3 touchdowns. The Falcons defense is suspect, and I don’t trust the unit. The offense can be solid, but for prop bets, I only trust Matt Ryan.

The Dolphins offense and defense are garbage and I don’t trust any players. For them, I will say Tua will have over 300 yards with two touchdowns (playing a bad defense). Everything else I don’t trust.
