Central Florida vs Cincinnati Prediction & NCAAF Odds for Week 7
The Central Florida Knights will play the Cincinnati Bearcats, in what is sought out to be one of the most anticipated games in the American Athletic Conference (AAC). The game is going to be at the Nippert Stadium on Saturday afternoon, and it is a highly sought out game for both teams.
Central Florida is currently 3-2, as opposed to Cincinnati’s 5-0 record. The winner of the UCF and Cincinnati battle has gone on to play in the AAC Championship Game in each of the last four seasons. Cincinnati took the win in their last meeting in Orlando in a 36-33 point victory.
Cincinnati has won the last two in the series, winning by three points each of the last two seasons, and Central Florida winning three straight prior. The Cincinnati Bearcats being ranked number 5 in the Nation are being monitored closely. On Saturday the Nippert Stadium is going to be electric and these AAC teams will battle it out with everything they have and UCF is going to have to play a little harder if they want this win.
Will UCF bloom the Upset?
Central Florida quarterback Dillion Gabriel aided UCF to 44.5 points per game. Since his season-ending clavicle injury, the Knights only averaged 25 points per game. After losing a 13-point fourth-quarter lead to the Navy, needing a last-minute touchdown to win against East Carolina 20-16, It was the lowest amount of points UCF has scored since the 2016 Cure Bowl.
UCF has lost four of their key offensive players including their key Wide receiver Jaylon Robinson and running back Isiah Bowser, this most definitely will have an impact on the offense.

@iamSauceGardner has two INTs and two PBUs to go along with 10 tackles this season, leading a #Bearcats pass defense that allows opponents to complete just 48% of their pass attempts (No. 1 in the nation).🔗: https://t.co/l9OGOt1Ja2 pic.twitter.com/sey5FUs2lP

In Bowser’s absence, Johnny Richardson stepped up. He went for two 100-yard rushing games in the last three games. Robinson is a top-class recruit, but Ryan O’Keefe and Brandon Johnson are the other options.
With a lacking offense, it is going to be difficult for UCF to emerge victorious against Cincinnati’s defense. The Bearcats also have an outstanding defense this season, so more than likely they start this season 6-0. The Knights will also be on the road which is a disadvantage because the Bearcats play outstanding well at home, so it will be a lot off pressure on the Knights.
Cincinnati withholds one the best defenses in the Nation, despite their recognition on offense. With the Loss of their Key Defensive coordinator the defense is still holding up well, Players like Deshawn Pace set the tone for the defense with 40 tackles and two interceptions, and Darrian Beavers is leading the team with four sacks and solid pass rushing.
All these components are what I believe give Cincinnati the edge and ultimately will give them a huge victory in the Nippert Stadium
Central Florida vs Cincinnati Prediction
With the Knights lacking their offensive anchor Dillion Gabriel, they will not be able to put up many points against a tough Cincinnati defense, In addition, the Knights’ Defense can not hold Cincinatis offense off because they can not stop teams that run the ball effectively or even at less effective rates than Cincinnati, it will all come down to UCF being short-handed.
- Prediction: Cincinnati-43, UCF-14.
